Een burgemeester komt zijn dorp niet uit, terwijl, terwijl volkszanger Dries Roelvink van dorp naar dorp rijdt voor zijn optredens op feesten en partijen. Wanneer hij pech krijgt in het zuiden des lands blijkt dat Hans Klok met een karavaan juist de grens overtrekt. New series of commercials for the ANWB
The ANWB brings to our attention in a new series of commercials their price-structures.
Help within people's hometown is cheaper than in the whole of the Netherlands, which is cheaper again than in Europe. A Mayor does not leave his or hers village, while the Singer of the people Dries Roelvink drives from village to village in the Netherlands for his live performances at parties and weddings. When his car breaks down in the south of the Netherlands, Hans Klok just crosses the Dutch border with a convoy of trucks for his European tour. "Ohhhhhhh you know everything about cars ???" Says the teacher to the candidate......
And than the classes start. The candidate has to do some difficult tests and follow classes with this strict teacher as the leader...... and at the end the teacher says : "Now you know everything about cars !!!" And the candidate gets the job at the ANWB as one of the roadwatchers... YOU GOTTA MOVE......
Commercial 5 : Dutch Singer Dries Roelvink and the Magician Hans Klok
News :
In this commercial Dries Roelvink tours through Holland, through the whole of the Netherlands, from extra earnings to jobs on the side. Dries Roelvink the golden hair singer and performer of the people, impersonater of Dutch songs and very kind and friendly human being is a very busy person... His manager reads him the very loaded
agenda with bookings : "We go to Culemborg, Harderwijk and a wedding in Maarsseveen. And tomorrow to Eersel, Veldhoven and a street fair in Mierlo."
Dries is very serious in his profession and he greets his audience always very enthusiastic and with the right geographic knowledge : "Hi Katwijk!" or "Hi Veldhoven!" In this commercial Dries has bad luck with his car on a very picturesque little road near Maastricht in the far south of the Netherlands. When the roadwatch arrives, a big convoy of black trucks following a big thick good black Mercedes, passes by and inside the Mercedes is Hans Klok a very famous Dutch magician. Hans Klok is busy with his European tour.
Moral : When you never ever go to a foreign country like Dries or never ever comes out of the Netherlands, you only need the national Netherlands service of the roadwatch. Hans Klok the Famous Dutch magician needs the European service !!! So you only need to pay for the services you really need from the ANWB roadwatch.
Director
Mike van Diem, Oscarwinner with Karakter/Character, created a good and nice little movie. It's not his first commercial for the ANWB. PEOPLE GOTTA MOVE commercial number 1 is also made by Mike van Diem. In the last images of the new commercial number 5 Dries, the local hero, looks up to the International famous magician Hans Klok who operates international and is much more famous. During the commercials sounds a jazzy music, PEOPLE GOTTA MOVE by GINO VANNELLi from the year 1974. And Dries Roelvink and his manager also sing along with PEOPLE GOTTA MOVE while driving his car. At the end we see the well known ANWB slogan : " Did we ever let you stand?" or "Did we ever leave you alone?" or ???
"Not all famous Dutch people only perform in the Netherlands like Dries Roelvink. That's why we choose for this commercial. He drives 90.000 kilometers a year to his performances. However we joke around with his very busy and difficult life as an artist, he loved to worked for this commercial and for us. This commercial shows us a lot and very, very much repect for the enthusiastic and positive way Dries Roelvink gives his career a great character. This is Dries, nothing is too crazy for him."

Commercial 6 : The Mayor
The Mayor always works for His city or village, he does all the Mayor things and never leaves his village... So when his car does not work he only needs the ANWB hometown roadwatch service... YOU GOTTA MOVE...
The Dutch singer Dries Roelvink on vacation in Torremolinos in Spain... Dries and his manager promote the concert for Friday night at Playa del Mar and the car starts to smoke because of the loss of oil... Dries has enough oil for his body and says that the manager has to solve the problem because he is the manager! Dries catches some sun on the beach while his manager gets mad and says some not so nice lines out loud while the mic is open and on air... Dries thinks it time to do something about it and calls the ANWB for help! With Gino Vannelli's PEOPLE GOTTA MOVE this commercial comes to an happy end!!! See it for yourself...

That you can vote each year again in December for the top 2000 in Holland and many, many people vote for Gino Vannelli's "PEOPLE GOTTA MOVE" which is always listed each year now from 2000 up to 2006 !!! It's incredible and also super fantastic that Gino Vannelli's 'Powerful People' is still a hit album 30 years later in 2004 and still can be
bought everywhere on this planet !!! Here are a few examples : Canada and the USA at amazon dot com. Also very easy for Europeans and the rest of the world to order this POWERFUL PEOPLE CD... The sales price in $$$$ is so low that makes us think why are people still copying Gino Vannelli's original life's work ??? For a few $$$$ people can buy this album very easely, AN ALBUM IN WHICH GINO VANNELLI'S INSTINCTS AND HEART ARE STANDARDIZED FOREVER.... An album which gave and still gives enjoyment to people everywhere on this planet for already more than 30 years !!!!

PEOPLE GOTTA MOVE is a BIG theme in the Netherlands and Gino Vannelli's music is recognized in a BIG BIG way, many different dj's play the whole song on the radio and many people ask for PEOPLE GOTTA MOVE as a request...... The very famous Dutch DJ Edwin Evers played : PEOPLE GOTTA MOVE in his show last week and he said : " What a world record !!!" And that's something because people tell us that Edwin Evers is the music expert of Holland.
Amazing isn't it that after 32 years this song, GINO VANNELLI song, sounds like a hit record of these days, timeless music, GINO VANNELLI'S MUSIC !!!
