We tried to buy it but we got the message not ready yet for European Contries, AAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!
Sofar we only heard from American people who could download it and they really, really like and love it.

We received the CD..........

Gino Vannelli's Keep on walking by Modern Tribe is in our GINO VANNELLI collection now!!
We already received the cd from CD NOW and that is very, very quick!! We listened a few times to this version of Gino Vannelli's : KEEP ON WALKING and it is amazing...... WOW!!! People told us this is a Ladies Group but we hear Men too on this CD and when we read the little cd-booklet, we think it is not an only Ladies group.
Anyways the Woman's voice is very clear and the song starts with a few words and flows over in KEEP ON WALKING in a Soul / R&B way, but hey that's our opion and who are we ??
It is very easy listening and beautiful and makes you feel good!!
But no one in this world can sing it with this special passion and feelings like Gino Vannelli does!! NOBODY !!!!!!

Gino Vannelli's Keep on walking by Modern Tribe!!!
This weekend we listened to a cover of Gino Vannelli's : KEEP ON WALKING from the STORM AT SUNUP album 1975.
Gino's WORK OF ART : KEEP ON WALKING is a beautiful ballad and a timeless song.
This Ladies group sings KEEP ON WALKING pretty impressive and very soulful and we got goose-bumps all the way!! This Ladies group called Modern Tribute is from Detroit in the USA, but this CD called Groove on.....is only released in Europe.
If you like Soul or R&B and if you are a GINO VANNELLI Fan it is really worth while to order this CD Grove on..... by Modern Tribe. We ordered this cd too because we want to have it in our Gino Vannelli collection and we want to listen to this Gino song again and very carefully. CD NOW has a deliverytime of 2 weeks. We will let you know when we receive the CD.

A GREAT DAY FOR HOLLAND!!

GINO VANNELLI on the Radio and TV!!
What a day !! First Gino Vannelli's : HURTS TO BE IN LOVE from the BLACK CARS album 1984 on the radio.
Gino's voice and passion to sing this song hit a lot of people in Holland in the hearts and you can see people think: Hey what a voice and what a beautiful song with some reallife and true lyrics!!
Skyradio often plays: HURTS TO BE IN LOVE and why not ?? It was a BIG hit in Holland in 1984/1985.

Than at 6.00pm we suddenly heard Gino's name on TV !!! Total shock !!! A TV show called TOPPOP non-stop played Gino Vannelli's WILD HORSES with videoclip and there were some lines with information about Gino's hits in Holland : PEOPLE GOTTA MOVE from the POWERFUL PEOPLE album, the POWERFUL PEOPLE ALBUM was also a BIG hit in Holland.It was more than 30 weeks in the album top 100 of Holland!!

The single : WILD HORSES reached the 7th place. QUALITY MUSIC by GINO VANNELLI !!
TIMELESS MUSIC BY GINO VANNELLI !!!
And ofcourse there were the socalled funny jokes about Gino's looks AND THAN WE ALWAYS SAY TO EACHOTHER: If they only had 1% of GINO'S PERSONALITY and BRAINS................ but Anyways, WOW !! what a treat !! What a day !! We have seen and heard it already 10 million times but it alway gives us both a good feeling to hear or see GINO on TV or radio and we do not feel any shame in our hearts!!

Is this our lifetime dream or not??? Amazing how we can find good, very good news on the internet.
Like Gino said on stage 2 April 1999 in Paris : " The wonders of the net!!"

Gino Vannelli and a Symphonic Orchestra, WHAT A DREAM and when this is really going to happen, our lifetime dream is coming true soon.........very soon, my, oh my, what a miracle!!
A while ago we were at a live concert with the YellowJackets and the Metropole Orchestra and that concert was already TOP!!! And very impressive!!!
So you can image what a GINO VANNELLI / Symphonic Orchestra live concert will do with our feelings and emotions, this is beyond all beautiful things in this world!!!
GINO VANNELLI is going to add a BIG, VERY BIG BEAUTY to this and our world again............... over and over again ..................................

We bet this is GINO's lifetime dream too and we are so very HAPPY that all our dreams can be reality one day and at the first place GINO's dream ofcourse!!
GINO deserves this, a big impressive orchestra playing Gino's Music :
Violins, cornets, Paul Brochu beating the drums and Alain Caron hitting in His own style the Bass-Guitar surrounded by the instruments................ We are sure GINO can let us feel magical again with His musical works of art and such a BIG event.
GINO has to work very hard again this year to create a symphonic adventure from His deepest instinct and desire straight from His HEART.

Let's hope GINO will come to Rotterdam, Holland too, in the future, to sing and create music with the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra.

Well, with your great help and information on that new "Gino's Newspaper" page, i did it!!! I bought tickets for Gino's concert with the Symphonic orchestra of Montreal !!! And i can't tell you how excited i am, and my sister too, (who is going to meet me there in Montreal), for our dream concert!!! We can't wait! We Know that concert is going to be "Fantastic". His beautiful voice and the Symphonic Orchestra will be Unbelievable and Unforgettable! My sister and I have never seen Gino in concert before and we are on "Cloud 9" right now to know that our dream is finally going to come true!!! Thanks to you guys!... MOTHER'S DAY SURPRISE

I just wrote you a letter in the guestbook, but I was not sure that that was the correct place to contact you directly, so here I go again. I just wanted to share my extreme excitement with you. My husband just gave me the most fantastic Mother's Day surprise. He has arranged for us to travel to Montreal for the Decemer 8th Gino concert at the Wilfred-Pelletier de la Place de Arts where he will be performing with the local philharmonic orchestra!!!!!!!!! I had been talking about how great it would be to go, but I did not think we'd actually do it. This is like a dream come true. We have good seats for the show too. We have seats in the middle of section C. The woman who sold my husband the tickets said that we did not want to sit any closer than that because we would have to look up. Wow! Wow! Wow! We have reservations at a Hotel in the Downtown Montreal cultural district. Do you two know anything about the area? I bet that you do since that is where Gino grew up. Well, that's all for now. Well, I finally made it to this fantastic website. What a beautiful tribute to Gino and how much better informed can one be. This is a part of Heaven!! Now that we purchased a new computer, I had someone email me this website. I could not access this site before today. What have I been missing?????? A lot. Thanks B and T, I commend both of you on your remarkable, hard work. Now I know where I will be in my extra spare time. I was thrilled to read about the show in Montreal on December 8th. I have always wanted to go to Montreal but only felt it appropriate if Gino was going to be there. Anytime I see or hear the name Montreal, I think of Gino and I must now add Alain and Paul. I know that once I step foot in Montreal, the sounds of Gino will take over and pervade my heart and soul. Along with his website and this one, I can now keep more in touch with Gino's activities and best of all I am able to share and relate to other's who feel the same as I do.
