Ja hoor het lukt met de videoclips! Eerst was het geluid vervormd maar nu zijn ze helemaal goed. Jullie krijgen het toch altijd weer voor elkaar super!

''Don't give up on me" met de Houdini's klinkt ook te gek. Interview is ook leuk. Mijn collega is ook zangeres, zij kent ook de meeste muzikanten die met Gino spelen van vroeger toen ze zelf nog actief was in het circuit. Zij vertelde ook dat de buitenlandse muzikanten altijd al graag in Nederland werkten omdat wij hele goede muzikanten hebben en dat het hier allemaal wat ongecompliceerder is dan in the USA. Dus dank aan onze Nederlandse muzikanten. Mede dankzij hen is Gino hier! Nou dat was het weer even voor nu. Groetjes weer, Donja

Yes the videoclips work! First the sound was scrambled but now all the videoclips are completely fine. You guys make it work again, SUPER COOL!

"Don't Give UP On Me" with the Houdini's sounds great too. The interview is also very nice. My colleague is also a singer, she knows most of the musicians who play with Gino from the early days when she was still working in the world of music. She also told me that musicians from abroad always love to play in the Netherlands because we have very good musicians and everything is much more free and relaxed than in the USA. So big thanks to our Dutch musicians. Thanks to them is Gino here! Sofar for now. Again greetings from Donja.

Finally I could download Don't give up on me, it's an extraordinary arrangement, but truth must be told, I still prefer the version where Mr. Borstlap plays the piano, I really love it.

The lyrics of Woman on top made me blush, I liked that song very very much, it's just we're not used to listen to this kind of words from Mr Vannelli, but that's why I admire his huge talent more and more each day, it's amazing how much he still gives to his fans, always innovating, surprising us in very good ways.

Thank you again deep from my heart for these newest songs and newest arrangement of an old one, you give me so many wonderful moments!!!!!

Ik ben zeer vereerd met deze persoonlijke en uitgebreide mail. Ik ga de DVD's bestellen. Ik heb jullie beiden voor het eerst gezien bij het optreden van Gino bij Orange a/d Lijnbaan in Rotterdam, ik had een korte meet and greet met Gino. Dit was overigens mijn eerste keer dat ik Gino live heb gezien. Ik ben al ruim 31 jaar fan (ben nu 45 jaar). Als 15 jarige was ik helemaal weg van zijn muziek maar ook van hem als persoon. Ik was toen zo naief dat ik dacht dat ik de enige was. Mijn ouders vonden de adorering die ik voor hem had in het begin wel leuk (mijn vader was ook musicus), tot op het moment dat ik bijna niet meer at en zeer mager werd. Gelukkig is het na enige tijd goed gekomen met mij en ben nog steeds enorm gek op zijn muziek. Er zijn nummers waar ik nog steeds bij kan gaan huilen, zo mooi! Maar ja jullie zullen dat wellicht begrijpen. Ik ga overigens naar Capelle a/d Ijssel in sept. voor het openlucht concert met Gino, zijn jullie er dan ook? lieve groetjes, Ariane V.

Dear Trees and Barend,
I am very honoured with your personal en long extensive e-mail. For sure I am going to order the 2 DVD's. I saw you both for the very first time during the live performance of Gino at the Orange in the Lijnbaan in Rotterdam, I had a short greet and meet with Gino. By the way this was my very first time that I saw Gino live on stage and I am already a big fan for 31 years (I am 45 years old now). As a 15 years old girl I really deeply loved His music but I also loved Gino as a person. I was very naive and innocent at that time and thought I was the only one. First my parents liked the admiration I felt for Gino (My Father was also a musician), till the moment I did not eat enough anymore and got really thin. Thank God, that after a while everything got very well for me and I still deeply love Gino's music. There are songs which make me cry! So beautiful! Oh well, you two will understand for sure. I am going to Capelle a/d IJssel in September for the open air concert with Gino, are you two there? kind regards, Ariane V.

Here we made a GINO VANNELLI backstage slide - show
with 17 pictures. Gino and the band had to do an interview for the world wide web and there was a professional photographer running around with his camara's. The director told us not to flash while they were taping the interview... The Lady you see on the pictures asks the questions to Gino and the musicians... This interview will be aired at the Orange web site one day...
